Rocks and Road is a company who offer cycling coaching and guiding. Unlike most cycling schools and coaches, Rock and Road offers the unique service of guided bike rides and one-to-one coaching for a combination of both off-road mountain biking, and road biking. It was important that the logo be designed to attract riders of any level, and not to alienate riders of a lower ability. It was also important that the design appeal equally to both men and women who want to keep fit, who want to get the most out of their cycling equipment, and want to achieve their personal goals. The final logo design presented here includes a mountain bike icon, which is a monogram of the letters R and R (for Rocks and Road).

‘Curious Alice In Wonderland’ are a start-up London based business who sell erotic books and literature, as well as being a community who offer regular book clubs and events for women. The companies ethos and tagline is ‘Curious Women Unleashing Taboos. Open Talk. Friendly Events’
Although designed for a erotic led company it was essential that the logo design target professional, respectable women from the age of 24 onwards, as well as promote a trustworthy quality business with excellent customer service, providing luxury products beautifully wrapped, and delivered on time.
The decision was made to play on the white rabbit theme from the Alice in Wonderland stories. Where does the white rabbit take Curious Alice as she grows into an adult? Continuously, and playfully running ahead throughout her life. A playful, yet elegant font was crafted to compliment the icon. The final logo is presented below.

Portofinio Trading Limited is a company who sell promotional materials, and also provide technology equipment to businesses.
After careful thought, in its most basic form the Portofino Trading Ltd product offering (be it promotional items or technology) helps business build connections to grow and succeed. The icon here has been designed to represent the idea of being ‘continuously connected’, growing, adapting and developing. Follow the line in either direction, and at its core you are taken back out towards a different location. Interlocking like a chain that never ends. Also looking like a propeller to represent the clients success with the support and guidance from Portofino Trading Ltd.
This icon also represents the companies ability to build relationships, and quickly adapt and see trends.
Overall the design is confident, timeless, and gives the impression of an established and trustworthy business.

Geek Eyewear ®, who sell chic eyewear celebrates diversity, individuality, and creative enthusiasm of Geek culture.
A flippable, reversible logo that always reads the word ‘GEEK’ no matter which way you look at it. The shape also looks like a geek wearing glasses. The angular shapes relate with the technology industry, whilst also looking like an alien language.
Unfortunately this logo design was not used by the company.

Minternet, is the Web Design and Development company from Mike Munro. The logo has been designed to represent communication and collaboration between developer and client to create a diamond product. Within the negative space, directional arrows split to represent web development.
