Logo design for cocktail bar based in Jewish quarter, the lines suggest the Jewish calligraphy, lion - symbol of Israel and strong symbol of power in jewish culture. Nose of lion is also cocktail glass. Lines on the sides = lions mane / water > purity symbol.

HOTS is a deli that offers only oven baked foods. Main staples on their menu are a nice selection of gluten free, oven baked sandwiches and oven baked fries. They insisted on a logo without food imagery, but that showed they bake everything in the ovens.
