"While Spanish/Catalan → English translation is going to be the bread and butter of Ohla I’m also going to be offering proofreading, editing, transcreation and multi-language project management services. My specialty – that is, the area that I have most experience in – is in marketing translations: translations that need a creative twist, a good writer, someone who can take the essence of the text in Spanish/Catalan and evoke the same emotion in English, whose translations read as if they’re anything but. That said, I also have experience translating and editing a range of documents, anything from a technical manual for a wind turbine to a website for a local escort service, and am willing to take on different types of texts.
