The picture is interesting and has a lot of potential. However, the type is really holding this logo back.
If you had a look at the type, I’m sure this logo would be great!

Cool idea, but not quite perfect execution. I think you could push this further to be a really amazing logo. Simplify the icon so that it all makes sense and choose a more modern typeface. Regards!
